Field Day- Jayanti Rohu Fish

The Field day was started with a presidential address by Shri.V.Suresh, Senior Scientist & Head i/c has narrated about the importance of Inland fish variety for enhancing fish yields. Dr.K.Mayakrishnan Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science) had given special lecture on Inland fish farming technology including Jayanti Rohu Fish farming.

The various technology was covered like Fish farming practices in farm pond, Diseases management in Fish farming, Feeding management and water recycling for maintenance of Oxygen in Fish Pond.

Mr.Arumugam Natesan a progressive farmers and high yielder in this demonstrations has shared his experience among the farmers. A total number of 19 SC farmers and had participated in this programme.
